Part-Time Prep Cook
Flexible hours, no experience required!
The Prep Cook’s primary responsibility is to assist in the preparation of food for guests and staff, in accordance with Kitchen guidelines. This includes preparing, cooking, and storing products and staff meals, kitchen set up, and following cleaning guidelines.
Details:
This position is part-time, Wednesday - Saturday, approximately 5 hours per day.
Start time is flexible and negotiable, but must be by 3pm.
Responsibilities:
Setting up kitchen stations;
Following prep lists and procedures;
Ensuring food items are properly stored;
Dishwashing;
Utilizing proper techniques, tools, and equipment;
Cleaning and sanitation of surfaces, floors, coolers, etc;
Cooking daily Staff meals.
