Part-Time Prep Cook

Flexible hours, no experience required!

The Prep Cook’s primary responsibility is to assist in the preparation of food for guests and staff, in accordance with Kitchen guidelines. This includes preparing, cooking, and storing products and staff meals, kitchen set up, and following cleaning guidelines. 

Details:

  • This position is part-time, Wednesday - Saturday, approximately 5 hours per day.

  • Start time is flexible and negotiable, but must be by 3pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up kitchen stations;

  • Following prep lists and procedures;

  • Ensuring food items are properly stored;

  • Dishwashing;

  • Utilizing proper techniques, tools, and equipment;

  • Cleaning and sanitation of surfaces, floors, coolers, etc;

  • Cooking daily Staff meals.

Applicants should be able to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position. These include walking, standing, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods, and working weekends and holidays. 

Applicants must be 21+.

Starting pay rate: $17.00/hour

Guaranteed pay raise after 12 months of service!
